Brave Barbell Club Membership
Join coaches Cori McDougald CSCS, USAW and JC Ramatowski CSCS, USAW in our Weightlifting focused Brave Barbell Club. Athletes will learn high level techniques and progressions to build athletes from ground zero or refine established skills. Brave Barbell Club will be highly focused on the Olympic lifts such as Snatch, Clean and Jerk. Each training session will cover in-depth technique and skill work backed by USAW standards. There will also be a focus on auxiliary movements that aid in enhancing the overall experience and progression of each individual athlete. Perks of being a part of Brave Barbell include proven, scientific backed coaching and instruction by two highly skilled and experienced coaches. Brave Barbell with hold periodic in house weightlifting meets to allow athletes to express their progress in a team and energetic atmosphere. Athletes of all ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged to attend 3 training sessions per week.

Session Frequency:
Tuesday/Thursday @ 12pm (Cori)
Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 5:15pm and 6:30pm (JC)
Saturday @ 9:00am (Cori/JC)

Cost:
BE Crossfit Members - $65/month (add on fee to Crossfit membership)
Non BE Crossfit Members - $155/month

Those who join the Brave Barbell Club will receive monthly programming and have access to the Olympic platforms during all normal class times and Open Gym to make up training sessions as needed.
